Yoga for Runners & Walkers

Join us for our Yoga for Runners and Walkers specialty series.  It is scheduled from 6:30 – 7:30 pm every Friday night in March.  This 4-class series will cover the basics of anatomy as it pertains to runners and walkers.  Each class will have a specific focus:  lower back, hips, knees and hamstrings.  We will go over the specific anatomy (eg. lower back) and practice poses that address the topic of the night.
